America’s Grand Jury Process
Americans are given the right of free speech in the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States – the first of the Bill of Rights without which the Constitution might not have been ratified.
Sarah Palin uses her First Amendment rights to speak up against causes for which she has knowledge, wisdom and experience. The sad part is that she has to rely on an Internet social network, Facebook, to express her First Amendment rights. This platform is the only way she has of getting her words, thoughts and ideas to the general public. It is a given that if it doesn’t involve someone maligning Sarah Palin, nothing she says will be covered by the ONP – Obama National Press. (more…)
